Clémentine est journaliste et autrice. Depuis le 7 octobre, les attaques du Hamas en Israël, elle redécouvre dans la blessure sa judéité. Sa grand-mère, Suzanne, l'inspire dans sa lutte contre le racisme et l'antisémitisme.

Suzanne a 90 ans. Le 26 mars 1943, des policiers ont emmené son jeune frère et sa mère, qui ont ensuite été déportés à Auschwitz-Birkenau. Suzanne et sa soeur aînée Paulette échappent à l'arrestation. Elles sont cachées chez un fermier qui les nourrit mal, les maltraite et les exploite. Suzanne y perd l'usage d'un oeil.
Aujourd'hui, elle témoigne dans les écoles du sud de la France pour sensibiliser les jeunes générations.

Clémentine is a journalist and author. Since the Hamas attacks in Israel on October 7, she has rediscovered her jewishness throught the wound. Her grandmother, Suzanne, inspires her in herin her commitment to fight racism and anti-Semitism.

Suzanne was 90 years old. On March 26, 1943, policemen took her younger brother and mother, who were later deported to Auschwitz-Birkenau. Suzanne and her older sister Paulette escape arrest. They were hidden with a farmer who malnourished, mistreated and exploited them. Suzanne lost the use of one eye.
Today, she speaks at schools in the south of France, hoping to raise awareness among the younger generation.
